Love these boots. Love Ecboot.I ordered these boots at about 4:00 Pacific Time. I knew they would give me the next day upgrade, but I expected I would get them two days later, since I ordered so late in the day. Nope! 3:00 the next day, a UPS truck pulls up, less than 24 hours later. It made my day. When I pulled the boots out of the box, they looked exactly like the picture. They were comfortable from the second I put them on. They aren't my first pair of Uggs, so I know they will get even more comfortable with wear. Next, I'll be ordering one of the dressier Uggs.
