I purchased a pair of these in 2005. They were amazing, they kept my feet warm and dry. They made me brave the cold weather here. However, sometime around 2007 they updated the Brooks with a glossy sheepskin shaft and significantly thinner sheepskin. I was going to buy another pair since mine are giving in, but I'm upset with the quality of the new ones! I might actually have to complain to uggs.
