I love these boots! I had read that they do run a little big and I would agree. I ended up ordering my normal size, which is an 11, and thought about exchanging them for a size down but after wearing them for a couple days they seem to fit better. I think I just needed to get used to them. If you want a really snug fit, I would suggest the size down, but with the fur lining a true size works well. I had plenty of room in the calf as well. I've never been a huge Ugg fan but these are so cute and they keep my feet super warm!

Just received my Ugg yesterday and absolutely love them! They are so comfy and lightweight. I followed the advice of several other reviewers and ordered down one size. I normally wear size 8 1/2-9 and purchased an 8. The fit is perfect.ECBOOT is the best. Wonderful service and lightning fast shipping!
