In a word, fabulous! I was new to ECBOOT.com, and I was not entering my gift card correctly so I called customer service. The man who helped me got everything right, the first time with no hassles or problems. My experience on the phone could not have gone any better, and my boots arrived just when promised! And by the way, I love my new boots!

Perfect. I am normally a size 10 and ordered a size 9 and they fit perfectly. No complaints on the classic Ugg boot.I liked them so much I ordered the exact same pair for my sister in VT who also loves them. Brown is the new black! Thanks ECBOOT for the upgrade; it always brings me back!
